Reflections Psychology Melbourne is a private Psychology practice conveniently located in Caroline Springs, in Melbourne's west, and offers evidence-based psychological services. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, or the convenience of telehealth, our practice offers a practical and supportive approach to support you with your mental health and wellbeing.
Melissa is the principal psychologist and owner of Reflections Psychology Melbourne. She has worked across a diverse range of sectors within the field of Psychology since 2005, including research in wellbeing, social services, schools, EAPs and in private practice. She has worked in leadership roles, supporting large teams of clinicians. As a board approved supervisor Melissa has experience supervising psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and social workers. She provides short and long-term therapy depending on her client’s needs. As a therapist, Melissa is warm and nurturing and provides a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their challenges and facilitate personal growth. Melissa has a particular interest in treating depression and anxiety, perinatal mental health, family of origin issues, women’s mental health including perimenopause and menopause, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss and existential concerns. Melissa works with adolescents (13+), and adults.
